Where is the festival?
At the beautiful India Point Park in Providence, Rhode Island, at the foot of the I-195 pedestrian bridge. 263 India Street Providence, RI in the GPS will get you there.
When is the festival?
The inaugural festival will take place on September 14 and 15, 2018.
What time is the festival?
The festival is open from 1:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday and 11:00am to 10:00pm on Saturday.
Where can I park?
There is on-street parking and metered parking along India Street and Bridge Street, and the parking lot for the Newport ferry underneath I-195.
We have been working with the City of Providence and the RIDOT on more options for parking since Downtown has limited areas.
I’m coming from out of town. Where can I stay?
Providence offers a range of accommodation for people, no matter the budget. Any hotel downtown is anywhere from walking distance to a short cab ride away. The Hilton Garden Inn is directly across from the festival grounds.
How much is admission? What is included in the price?
There are a range of different ticket options for the festival. Check them out at our online ticket store here.
Food is not included in the ticket price, but is for sale separately at various restaurant vendors.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the gate on the day of the festival, or in advance on our website, grandfestivals.com. Buying online gives you the opportunity for some great multi-ticket deals! Check them out at our online ticket store here.
What bands are playing this year?
We will announce our entertainment lineup closer to the event. Stay tuned!

How do I secure a space for my business?

Can I bring my own items?
We have chairs and tables for you to eat at, but you can feel free to bring your own chairs or picnic blankets. Due to health and licensing regulations, outside beverages and foods are strictly prohibited.
Is there a vendor for alcoholic beverages?
There certainly is. The drinks tent is run by the festival itself (as opposed to an outside vendor) and provides a range of local beers, wine, spirits and soda, as well as festival merchandise.
Is it a cash-only event?
Many vendors accept credit and debit cards, but that is up to each vendor.
There is an ATM on-site for cash withdrawals throughout the weekend. As the ATM is operated by a third party, withdrawal fees apply.
